This Privacy Policy describes how Firestone Real Estate LLC, the owner and operator of this website (russellfirestone.com), and Russell Firestone collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Contact forms. When you submit an inquiry or valuation request, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide.

Account sign-in. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We never see your Google password. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Saved properties. When you save a home to your account, we store the listing details you saved so we can show them to you on any device.

Usage data. We use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, general location, and device type. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We do not use advertising, targeting, or social media cookies, and we do not buy data about you from data brokers or marketing partners.

How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide account features such as saved homes, improve the website, and — with your consent — contact you about real estate services. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers that operate this website (hosting, database, authentication, and analytics providers such as Google and Supabase), with TTR Sotheby's International Realty as needed to respond to your real estate inquiries, or when required by law. Listing content is provided by IDX Broker and Bright MLS.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — generally, for as long as you have an account with us or as required by law (such as tax or record-keeping requirements). When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it. You may request access to or deletion of your account and saved data at any time by emailing rfirestone@ttrsir.com or calling 202.271.1701.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (including those of Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and California) may give you rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

know whether we process your personal information, and access it;
correct inaccuracies in your personal information;
request deletion of your personal information;

opt out of targeted advertising, sales of personal information, or profiling (we do none of these); and
exercise these rights free from discrimination.

If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will explain the outcome in writing; if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.

Do-Not-Track. Some browsers offer a Do-Not-Track signal. Because no uniform standard for these signals has been adopted, this site does not currently respond to them.

Children

This site is intended for adults. Accounts are limited to users 18 and older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email rfirestone@ttrsir.com and we will delete it.
